The house is walking distance to Delaware Seashore State Park (6/10ths of a mile), where you can enjoy a life guarded beach on the Atlantic Ocean. The Indian River Bay surrounds the home and provides an amazing landscape for relaxation and some of the best sunsets you will ever see. This modern beach home was professionally decorated and is an ideal summer getaway. The open floor plan on the main level allows you to gather with your family and closest friends, but the multiple levels create privacy and space. The house elevator makes it easy to get luggage and groceries to each floor. Spend the day at the beach or take part in the activities offered by Delaware Seashore State Park or all that the local beach communities have to offer. In the evening wind down with dinner and live music overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or Indian River Bay at either Big Chill or Hammerheads, our two local communal restaurants.
