Large outdoor 65" t.v. viewable from the deck, pool, hot tub, and yard! The pool is LARGE (24' ACROSS) and is half inground half above ground. About 4' deep with a pool side basketball hoop. Living room t.v. is also 65" to immerse yourself in movies/sports while you recline in one of the 3 power recliners. Basement bedroom has a full size treadmill in it in case you are trying to get some cardio during your stay. The office has 2 desks and office chairs to comfortably catch up on those important work emails or to setup your gaming spot! High speed gigabit internet will easily handle all of your gaming/streaming needs! You'll have access to the entire property with exception of the garage, the upstairs bathroom closet, the closet in the dining room, the storage room (next to the grill/hot tub), and the shed. Those spaces are for the owner and storage of cleaning supplies and extra linens. The pool-hot tub- and home are only for guests on your reservation. Additional guests and visitors must be added to your reservation in order for them to enjoy the amenities of the house as well. Most of the neighbors all have families and are relaxed folks. Please be considerate of the neighbors and take note of the quiet hours. Travel by car will be best for most of your travel. The park and fairgrounds are both under a half mile from the house if you want to ride a bike or go for a longer walk. There are sidewalk almost everywhere if you prefer to bike/skate/run/walk around the neighborhood and city. House temperature is set to 72°. Water hose under the poolside basketball hoop runs when the pool pump is on and helps keep the water in the pool warmer later in the season. Wednesday night please take the trash cans and recycle bin to the street so they can be emptied. Fridays the lawn mowing company comes to do their work(usually sometime between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.). They are usually there for about 30 minutes.
