Room Layout: • 3 Cottages (Falcon, Macaw & Toucan): o Each cottage has 1 spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom. o Wrap-around verandahs for outdoor seating. o Interiors with tasteful décor and nature-inspired design. • Capacity: 6 guests comfortably (2 per room). • Additional bedding can be arranged (1 per room) for up to 9 guests total at an extra cost. Total Estate Capacity: • 14 bedrooms across 4 villas. • Can host up to 35 guests. • Common spaces: The Nest (dining/entertainment) and large pool. Guest access Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as garden, pool and Nest (dining area). Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. • Entire Falcon, Macaw, and Toucan cottages for private stays. • Shared access to pool, The Nest (communal dining & entertainment), and estate gardens/farms. • Parking available within the estate. During your stay The Caretaker will help you with all your needs during your stay. Other things to note • Check-in between 1 PM – 6 PM only; late check-ins not allowed. • Pool open 9 AM – 7 PM; swimwear and swim caps mandatory. • Celebrations only at The Nest; cakes and décor at extra cost with prior booking. • Friendly owner’s pets (dogs & a cat) reside on the estate. • Smoking only in designated areas; fines applicable for violations. • Driver/house-help accommodation available (chargeable, limited slots). • Laundry service provided at additional cost. • Pickleball court use is chargeable per hour and requires pre-booking.
