Beautiful house with pool in a privileged environment, surrounded by peace and quiet, an ideal place to spend a few days with family or friends. House for 6 adults and a child The space The geographical location is particularly interesting due to the proximity to the beaches of Pals and Begur but away from the noise and overcrowding of the coastal areas. The house has a lot of history, with remains of the 11th and 12th century wall of what was an urban center in the Middle Ages and is fully renovated with quality materials and preserving the essence of the simplicity of the environment. Design combined with stone walls, wooden beams and Catalan vault On the ground floor there is a kitchen full of charm, spacious and fully equipped and a dining room, with access to the outdoor area with large windows. An old kitchen that can be used as an office or children's playroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and the living area with fireplace, TV-movie area smart TV with digital platforms. The same room stands out for its beautiful views of the Ampurdán fields. On the top floor is the master suite, with wooden beams, a spacious bathroom with a dressing room and access to a terrace overlooking the Montgrí. From all floors of the house you can access the outdoor areas, the patios, the porch with barbecue and the Mediterranean-style pool. The outdoor areas have furniture for outdoor meals and sun loungers for sunbathing in the pool. Other things to note We offer a free creative pottery workshop (upon request).
