Please park within the boundary of the car spot and take about the adjacent car. There are security cameras in the car spot. If you have a very large cars, you would need to park in the guest parking behind the building or on the street. Please clean the oven before leaving. Alternatively, additional $50 charge is applied. Please do not feed the birds on the balcony. This is not safe for them. Plus, additional $50 cleaning fee would be applied. Noise Policy Please follow strict noise regulations. We ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please particularly keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Strictly no parties or gatherings. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers with the oldest person being under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
