In a privileged and preserved setting, our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac facing the sea in the charming little town of Logonna-Daoulas. The space On the ground floor: a laundry room is at your disposal (washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron). A storage room completes this level. 2nd floor: A large bright living room with open kitchen, enjoying panoramic sea views. A more intimate and cozy living room, a bedroom with a modern shower room and separate toilets complete this floor. You can also enjoy a terrace (barbecue and dining area) facing southeast, extending into a balcony to the northeast, perfect for your moments of relaxation. 2nd floor: A master suite with private shower room, three additional bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet. At the foot of the house, there is a beautiful coastal path as well as pretty little pebble coves where you can swim (provide slippers) or practice fishing on foot (oysters, clams, periwinkles, shrimp, etc.). The nearby Moulin Mer nautical center offers sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing... The town is 15 minutes from Brest (Oceanopolis, the Capuchin Workshops, the Naval Museum...), 40 minutes from Quimper and its coastal towns (Concarneau and its walled town, Bénodet and its Thalasso...).
