In a privileged and preserved setting, our house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac facing the sea in the charming small town of Logonna-Daoulas. The space On the ground floor: a laundry room is at your disposal (washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron). A storage room completes this level. 1st floor: A large bright living room with open kitchen, enjoying panoramic sea views. A more intimate and cozy living room, a bedroom with modern shower room and separate toilet complete this floor. You can also enjoy a terrace (barbecue and dining area) facing south-east, extending to a balcony in the north-east, perfect for your moments of relaxation. 2nd floor: A master suite with private shower room, three additional bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as separate toilets. At the foot of the house is a beautiful coastal path as well as pretty little pebble coves where you can swim (bring slippers) or go shore fishing (oysters, clams, periwinkles, shrimp, etc.). The nearby Moulin Mer nautical center offers sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing courses... The town is 15 minutes from Brest (Oceanopolis, the Ateliers des Capucins, the Maritime Museum...), 40 minutes from Quimper and its coastal towns (Concarneau and its walled town, Bénodet and its Thalasso...).
