We are very close to downtown (just over a mile!) yet far enough away for you to take a breath and relax right on the river, or take a relaxing dip in the pool on a hot day! You’ll have the entire unit to yourself While we’re not onsite, we’re local and available anytime 💬 🚗 Getting Around: Free parking if you’re driving 🚙 Uber/Lyft available 24/7 Electric scooters are everywhere! 🛴 ⚠️ Important Notes: Unit is on the 3rd floor Access is via approximately 40 stairs — no elevator in the building Starter amenities provided only: 🧻 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom 🧼 1 travel-size bar soap & shampoo 🧽 1 sponge 🧻 2 rolls of paper towels ☕ A handful of K-cups or a small bag of coffee grounds Let us know if you need anything — we’re happy to help you make your Nashville stay unforgettable! 🎶 Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home and we use a keyless entry system, so you don't have to worry about sharing or losing a key! Other things to note We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150 1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding. 2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property. 3 - Damage to any items or the property itself. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection. 🎶 Want to make your stay even more special?
