The building doesn’t have an elevator, but the climb is worth it for the convenient location and the city buzz right at your doorstep. Please note that the area is lively, with its unique energy shaped by its mix of cafés, bars, and diverse nighttime activity. ￫ Room The cozy bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and direct access to a petite interior balcony, perfect for catching a glimpse of the street below. The minimalist décor and smart layout maximize comfort and functionality, ideal for winding down after a day of exploration. ￫ Bathroom A private bathroom with a modern shower ensures convenience while maintaining the apartment's sleek, functional vibe. ￫ Living Room The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table for two makes it a great spot for enjoying a meal or planning your adventures in the city. ￫ Kitchenette The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need for basic cooking, including a microwave, oven, stovetop, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Other things to note ￫ The property is self-catered. When you arrive, you'll find some basic essentials like toiletries and toilet paper to get you started. Just a heads up: coffee and kitchen ingredients like salt and pepper aren't included, but feel free to bring your own and whip up something tasty! These essentials are provided for your first day, but replacements or refills aren’t available during your stay. ￫ Bed and bath linen are included for the number of guests in your reservation. If you're staying longer than 7 nights, you’ll get a fresh set of linens when you check in—on the house! ￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning. If you need extra cleaning or fresh linens during your stay, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance—there’s a small fee for that. ￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You’ll get one set of keys for the apartment, so keep them safe! ￫ As required by Portuguese law, we’ll collect your passport details. ￫ Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please make sure to leave the keys in the lockbox before you head out. ￫ While you’re here, you’re responsible for keeping the keys safe and making sure they’re used correctly. Don’t leave them in the lock or mailbox. If a specialist needs to be called for door access or if there’s damage to the key/lock, the associated cost will be yours. If you lose the key, there will be a penalty. ￫ Need a crib or baby chair? We can provide them for an extra fee—just ask in advance. ￫ Luggage storage: Need to drop off your bags before check-in or after check-out?
