We offer simple, modest, functional, practical and no-frills, but cozy accommodation, providing the essentials for an economical and comfortable stay in downtown Quito. Each room in the apartment has a different capacity. Facilities: • 𝑵°𝟏 (6 guests): 3 bunk beds of 1.5 square each • 𝐍°𝟐 (3 guests): 1 double bed + 1 single bed • 𝐍°𝟑 (2 guests): 1 bunk bed • 𝐍°𝟒 (2 guests): 1 double bed • If you book a room for less than its maximum capacity, you may share it with other guests. The assignment will be made by your host based on availability. • If you book the full capacity of a room, it will be private, for you alone or your group. •In either case the bathroom is shared, it is a single bathroom in the apartment. If you want a private bathroom or other special requirements, please ask us before booking. There may be an extra cost or you may be in a hostel/hotel if there is no availability in the apartment.
