Set in a fantastic position, The Dalton Bungalow is a picturesque two bedroom semi-detached bungalow. A modern open plan living space with lounge area, dining space and a fitted kitchen. A double bedroom which overlooks the large rear garden which enjoys afternoon sun. • 5 min drive to town centre shops • 15 min drive to Ormskirk / Edge Hill University • 5 min drive to Parbold The peaceful location on the outskirts of town has rural walks around the Beacon Country Park and Tawd Valley. The space There are two double bedrooms however currently only one has a bed which is a double. The other room is a spare empty room with no bed. The bungalow is for adults only. It’s not suitable for infants or children. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property via a private entrance. Other things to note There is a video ring doorbell on the exterior wall by the door facing the driveway. There are pets that live around the property and owner did have a cat in the house a while ago so please be aware of any allergies. The bungalow is available for adult bookings only and is not suitable for infants and children.
