What is rented is a room inside my apartment. I sleep in another room. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, it is modern, very ventilated and has 2 rooms. The condominium is modern, safe (it has security cameras throughout the condominium) and very well located in a very central area, with 24-hour free admission. A market is 1 block away, a shopping center is 4 blocks away, whatever you need you can find less than 10 minutes from the condominium. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment (living-dining room, guest bathroom, kitchen and laundry room and its amenities (50" TV in the living room with local channels and netflix, blender, microwave, pots, toaster etc). Additionally, they can make use of the common areas and services of the condominium such as: * Gym: On the 1st floor and notifying one day before and prior payment of S/. 5 per person. * Reception room: With furniture and bathrooms on the first floor. * Internal courtyard with artificial grass and games for children. * 21st floor terrace to appreciate the beautiful view of the city. Other things to note Towels, 1 toilet paper pernperson soup, are provided,. In addition oil, salt, sugar, coffee and tea as well are included.
