The space Quaint modern dwelling renovated 2023 with many creature comforts. Many guests comment that it’s like a home away from home, with many amenities that are appreciated. Full laundry with washer and dryer, full kitchen with stone benchtops, 55 inch smart tv, wifi, air fryer, coffee machine and plunger, electric frypan, pancake maker, rice cooker, outdoor entertaining with Weber bbq. Filtered chilled water to fridge with crushed and cubed ice dispenser. You can check in and have a well stocked home for your stay. Comfort for the warmer and cooler months, with split system air conditioning to 2 bedrooms and living, ceiling fans to all 3 bedrooms and living. A rear patio area with additional dining and lounging options, Weber BBQ, secure for children to play in with a children’s play nook. Plenty of reading material and play equipment for people of all ages and interests. A designated outdoor smoking area, with lounges and esky table, firepit. Please do review potential fire bans before using the fire pit. Pets allowed by negotiation - not allowed inside main house but there is a lockable airy pergola that can be utilised - please note - this property is not fully fenced. A pet care pack is provided and surplus soft furnishings are removed from the pergola to cater to your pet requirements. Security cameras are onsite to the outdoor areas, please do consult and inform us if you would like your furry friend to stay so we can prepare the space accordingly. We want to make sure all guests understand house rules regarding pets before booking. A short walk to parklands bordering the river, some guests throw in a line and enjoy a spot of recreational fishing. Walking distance to Thomas St Station, 1 station from Ipswich Central, where you can travel conveniently with a go card or a separate visa or other tap and go type card per person. Ample offstreet parking with a concrete driveway to the side of the house and double car port to the front. Height restrictions do apply for the carport. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, a rear yard, a carport. Contractors / owners require access occasionally to the shed at the rear of the property, but notice is given and rarely occurs Other things to note There is some noise from the nearby railway line that has been noted by guests.
