Located in the heart of Nørrebrø, our spacious and bright apartment offer a warm and friendly atmosphere in a green and quiet location. The flat is only a 3-minute walk from Nukks Plads metro station, and from there you can reach all the central highlights of Copenhagen. Home to local breweries, eateries and wines shop, etc. Nørrebrø is a lively neighbourhood to explore and get a good sense of the Danish way of life. The space Our 100 sqm apartment consists of a large kitchen-dining area, one main bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet, a large living room with access to the balcony, one study, one master bedroom and a second bedroom with a small private bathroom with a toilet. The flat is located in a private courtyard on the fourth floor of a charming building in the second wing. You will therefore not be bothered by traffic noise. The apartment fits perfectly for two couples, a family of four or a group of friends who wants to explore and experience Copenhagen. Guest access All rooms of the apartment are accessible to our guests. When not renting it out, we live in the apartment, so all common amenities, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, internet, and so forth, are available. Other things to note Since this is our home, we expect our guests to treat it with respect, be considerate of our belongings and follow the house rules while here. There is a general policy in our building regarding noise : - do not run the dishwasher or the washing machine btw 7 pm and 8 am. - do not use loud music - make sure the volume, in general, is dialled down after 10 pm on weekdays or weekends. It's forbidden to smoke inside our flat or use e-cigarettes. Our home is a non-smoking flat. But you can smoke on the balcony. There is a glass jar to throw out your cigarette butts.
