The space Pensa-Cozy is a spacious 3 bedroom bungalow with a large bathroom. The mid century modern feel suits the area and downtown vibe of Pensacola. The well stocked, large, open kitchen invites you to put your culinary skills to work! The yard is fully fenced with 2 side gates for easy access. You can grill and dine on the large deck, play corn hole or sit around the fire pit. Relax and enjoy the many birds and oasis feel of the backyard. We customize the house for your stay based on number of guests and if you’re bringing pets, so please be sure all guests and pets are registered for the best experience! Guest access The whole place and large backyard is yours to enjoy! Park in the driveway and just relax. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property (there is additional cleaning fee for pets) with a large, fully fenced backyard for them to play in. We are one of the closest vacation rentals to downtown Pensacola! Everything is just a short walk from the home. The restaurants, nightly entertainment as well as festivals year round are bound to delight everyone who visits here! The newly renovated Bruce's Beach is an 8 min walk towards the bay and a great place to dip your toes in the water and watch for dolphins in the evenings. Even though we are in the city, you’ll enjoy our backyard oasis with different birds singing throughout the day. This little gem is perfect for family gatherings and weekend escapes!
