This Next to Stadium Chinatown skytrain station, Costco, T&T grocery store, next to Rogers Arena and BC Stadium, and multiple shops and restaurants. We have amenities in the building such as a full size swimming room, a hot tub, gym, and children's room. We are looking forward to hosting you! The space You will have access to the master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with a bathroom located off the hallway, a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, and one parking stall. The suite is fully equipped, including full access to the kitchen. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact us through the app and we will be happy to help. Air Conditioning: The suite is equipped with two portable air conditioning units. One unit is located in the master bedroom and the other is located in the kitchen/living area. Unfortunately, due to the building's electrical capacity, we are unable to install air conditioning units in every bedroom. As a result, the second bedroom does not have a dedicated air conditioning unit. Please note that if the portable air conditioner in the master bedroom is running at the same time as high-power appliances such as the hair dryer, the electrical breaker may trip. If this occurs, the breaker panel is located in the cleaning/storage closet and can be easily reset. We apologize for this inconvenience. The building was not originally designed to support air conditioning units, and this setup allows us to provide cooling while operating within the building's electrical limitations.
