Nearest train station 10 minutes away (Epernon) The land (on which our main house is also located) is 1000 m2 and is fully fenced. Pets are allowed. Not overlooked in the garden. The space Cottage of about 36 m2 completely renovated and on one level, independent and located in front of our house, on the same property.
