Located on a picturesque 18 acre horse farm 10 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center. There is space for two horses (stall or paddock) for an additional fee. Well behaved, leashed, dogs welcome for an additional $25 pet fee/per pet, to be paid by check in. The tiny home is a good sized studio with a comfortable full sized bed, TV and kitchenette. Great for horse show competitors at TIEC, FENCE, Windridge Farm, Green Creek Hounds as well as other Equestrian venues. The space Tiny home on a secluded, quiet horse farm. Detached newly constructed with A/C , full bath 15 feet from tiny home in 6 stall barn. 4 large fenced fields, dressage arena, jump field and shaded perimeter trial. Property is located at the end of a gravel lane. There are rolling hills surrounded by mature hardwoods. Owner on property. Guest access Guests have access to rented spaces and parking. Parking is available next to guesthouse. The perimeter trail is also available. Access to horses is limited to presence of owner due to liability. Other things to note Horses, dogs, and cats reside on property. Please be aware and drive slowly. Dogs must not be left unattended.
