Inside you’ll find a well stocked kitchen, coffee station, roomy living area with a TV and board games, 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. In the Living Area you’ll find seating for 6, a smart TV (you provide your own logins), a dvd player, and some movies. Board games are located inside the coffee table. There are 3 bedrooms with open closets. The first bedroom is perfect for children, featuring 2 twin beds. The 2 back bedrooms have queen beds. Each room has a bedside table and a log chair. Horse Shoes, corn hole, and other outdoor games can be found out back. The house is heated and cooled with one main window unit located in the living area. Each room has a box fan. The bathroom has an in wall heater and there is an electric fireplace in the closet for those cold winter nights. There is also a wood stove in the living area. Other things to note The front door of this property is protected by a Ring Doorbell Camera. The doorbell is always on. There is also another ring camera on the front of the house facing the right side of the house/side yard. Please understand that this house is located in the country and is surrounded by woods and wildlife. While on the property or in the neighborhood, you may encounter spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, ticks, snakes, skunks, etc. Please come expecting to enjoy nature.
