Paradise on Paris Crescent

Welcome to our humble home in Venus Bay. We have our own track to the beach - follow the shells to our very private lookout seat. The space has a lovely open lounge, well appointed kitchen and 3 bedrooms. We welcome dogs (max 2) inside in the dog space - please don't allow them to wander the house. We are on tank water so please be water wise. The house has wifi and plenty of fun things for the kids. The house isn't perfect as it is our permanent home - minimum 3 night stay. We hope you enjoy! The space Our house is set up for up to 7 guests inside but we are open to more staying by negotiation (there is room for a caravan to be parked on the property). Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer - we are on solar so please use these during the day to save on electricity. Top sheets will be provided but guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels for their stay. Feel free to use what is in the fridge and pantry - just let me know if you run out of any non-perishables. Please don't use the contents of the freezer during your stay. Feel free to use the musical instruments provided with respect. This is our family home and we love it dearly so please try to leave it as you found it! Guest access We have one room that will be locked to store our personal belongings - guest are otherwise free to use the entire house and property (please don't enter the shed - the door is a bit dodgy and I would hate for someone to get hurt trying to open it). We have not emptied the bedroom cupboards so please use the hanging racks and empty chest of draws provided. Kids are welcome to use the toys and books in the house - just please put them back where they belong after your stay. Other things to note Our track to the beach is awesome but there are tiger snakes about during summer - when walking I suggest an adult goes first and kids are supervised at all times. We take no responsibility for any injuries during your stay. I have created a maze of different tracks that branch off the main track to the beach - if you get lost just navigate to the track with the hanging shell decorations and head back down the hill towards the houses. If you bring dogs, please note that we have wombats that come through each evening and have their own access points to the property (which they dig up each time if I try to board them up) - please lock your dogs inside during the night and clean up after them during your stay (there is a shovel around and feel free to throw their droppings over the fence behind the veggie patch). Feel free to use anything growing in the veggie patch during your stay. We will leave some specific instructions in a handout on the kitchen table - please have a read through so you know the quirks of our appliances!
