The space Welcome to Ariane's Guesthouse – your stylish retreat in the heart of the Dolomites. Our boutique apartment combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere and offers the ideal setting for couples, solo travelers or those seeking peace and quiet. Every corner is furnished with attention to detail, for comfort and coziness. Enjoy the tranquility, the clear mountain air and the stunning views of the Sextner Dolomites. Guest access Common highlights for all apartments – an experience in all seasons: In summer, you can relax in the idyllic garden or on the spacious lawn, enjoy the sun and soak up the tranquility of the Dolomites. For cycling enthusiasts, our brand new bike garage is a real highlight – perfect for setting off directly on your mountain or trail adventures. In winter, the ski room with ski boot dryer and waxing table becomes an indispensable helper for your ski trips. Shoes, clothing and equipment can be stored in the drying room, so you can relax comfortably at any time after a day in the snow. No matter the time of year – these extras make your stay with us a completely carefree and unforgettable experience. Other things to note For the province of South Tyrol, a visitor's tax of € 3.00 per person from the 14th year of age and night. It is calculated on site and is not included in the total price. Prices & occupancy Prices listed are for 2 people. If only 1 person is staying, the same price will be charged. For each additional person (over 2), a fixed price of €180 per stay will be charged when booking through Airbnb. In addition, there is a final cleaning fee of €180, which must be paid together with the local tax on site. Feel free to contact me directly – I will create an individual offer for you. Accommodation and price information: There are no free cancellations! We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Dynamic prices Please note that our prices depend on the different room categories and the current occupancy rate. With this flexible model, you benefit especially if you book as early as possible. All prices offered are subject to availability at the time of booking. Ariane's Guesthouse Check In Your studio is available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. If you arrive at our place beforehand, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the entrance area, perhaps make yourself comfortable on the terrace of the climbing tower, at the bar or in the summer in the outdoor swimming pool. For check-in at Ariane's Guesthouse, we need a valid identity card or passport (attention, also for children!!). Please note that the driver's license is not valid for registration at Ariane's Guesthouse. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive at Ariane's Guesthouse after 6 p.m., please let us know. Ariane's Guesthouse Check Out On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your studio by 10 am. You can pay the bill the day before by 9:30 pm or on the day of departure from 7:30 am.
