We have a loving (and protective) dog. We will introduce you to her - then she'll be your best friend too. Most consider this a bonus! The space ONE RENTAL RESERVES BOTH UPSTAIRS ROOMS. We want your space to feel like YOUR space so we limit our upstairs to one reservation at a time (whether individual, couple, couples, or family). The keyless entry front door opens to the stairs. Guests will have the upstairs to themselves as our bedroom is on the main floor, except during work hours when I *may* (though usually not) use my upstairs office. Our two upstairs bedrooms and private upstairs bathroom offer a very comfortable stay whether for one night or several weeks. Roku TVs with access to cable, Netflix, streaming apps, WiFi, available. Of course, the kitchen on the main floor is shared but available to you at all times. The pantry (cereal, snacks, meal bars, etc) are open to guests as well. Tea is available on the kitchen counter and we brew coffee every morning. Please note the bedroom & bathroom doors do not lock. However, we do not enter rooms of guests except to clean them after you check out :) During your stay We are typically here to greet and introduce guests when they arrive - and to say hello to our dog. We are happy to chat or offer suggestions about the area if you'd like, or answer any questions/requests, but your space is your space and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note Parking is easy and safe - either in the street or the driveway. If you park in the driveway, please allow enough space for cars in the garage to maneuver around.
