Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, large smart TV and a newly tiled private bathroom with a rain shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed. The main bathroom in the hallway has a jetted tub with stand up shower. Snuggle up on the large sectional while watching your favorite movie in the glow of the gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a top of the line complimentary coffee bar. A coffee lovers dream!! A large farm style table will seat the entire family. Experience the peaceful quite of the country while sitting in the sun room. Possibly catch the local wildlife while overlooking the pool and hot tub. BBQ poolside, while you watch your family swim in the inground pool or soak in the 6 person spa. All while enjoying a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine. Take a stroll to the treehouse nestled privately at the back of the property. Inside you’ll find a pull out day bed that sleeps two. Also find, an electric fireplace, ceiling fan and a Keurig coffee maker. Gather around the fire pit beneath the treehouse to roast marshmallows or tell your favorite tale. Located on the outskirts of the quaint village of Ovid. 10 minutes to either wine trail. 5 minutes to either Seneca Lake or Cayuga Lake. Boat parking available on property. Our area boasts iconic sunsets, beautiful waterfalls, wineries and breweries galore. The entire house plus the treehouse, minus the garage, greenhouse, and shed. Enjoy everything the Finger Lakes has to offer by exploring Sampson State Park, experience the wine and beer trail of Seneca, and Cayuga Lakes, and hike the many gorges and waterfalls. Corning Museum of Glass, Taughannock Falls, Watkins Glen International Raceway, and the iconic Cornell Campus are just 20-30 minutes away. Guest have lots of free parking next to the house.
