Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog. The space Though in a quiet neighborhood, a grocery store, ABC store, Dominoes Pizza, restaurants and local shopping are just minutes away. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage except one locked owner's closet. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for guests. Other things to note We have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a sand mat in the storage closet in the backyard shed. The code to the lock is in the book on the table under the TV
