With over 200 feet of private lakefront, a sandy beach, and a large dock, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing lakeside escape. Nestled on 1.5 acres of land with a huge grassy yard, it offers plenty of space for outdoor games, family gatherings, or simply unwinding in nature. Comfortable & Cozy Living: The main cottage features 4 bedrooms plus a charming bunkie, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. Inside, you’ll find a woodstove for cozy nights, fast WiFi, a 55” HD Smart TV, and a propane heater plus electric heaters for year-round comfort. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the sun room offers a peaceful place to enjoy the stunning lake views. Outdoor Paradise: Enjoy the private sandy beach and take advantage of the 2 included kayaks with paddles to explore the water. The large dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, or soaking in the sun. Your key will be waiting in the lockbox, and you'll receive the access code three days before your stay. PLENTY OF PARKING Drive right up to your private cottage and step inside! The spacious driveway can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles (Although I have seen as many as 7 fit in), ensuring hassle-free parking for you and your guests. Please note - there is a limited amount of overflow parking available just down the driveway further if you need a little extra space. IMPORTANT - WINTER WATER Due to freezing temperatures, the water is shut off on the first Tuesday of November and remains off until it is turned back on for the last Friday of April. During this time, there will be no running water. However, the incinerating toilet & drains remain functional. Drinking water is provided in a 20L jug. Additional drinks and water can be brought - or purchased at the local general store within walking distance PETS Well-trained, hygienic dogs (Only dogs - no cats) under 80lbs allowed, over 80lbs needs approval.
