Enjoy this bright, spacious King Bedroom in a shared house, perfectly located on the second floor for added privacy. Your room includes a private ensuite bathroom, dedicated workspace, and 65" Smart TV. It features 1 King Bed and 1 Twin Bed, with an additional twin available upon request—comfortably sleeping up to four guests. A stylish, modern retreat ideal for work or relaxation! The space Your Bedroom: You will be renting Bedroom C. This is a private bedroom with a digital keypad lock on the door on the 2nd floor of the house. You will be given a unique access code at check in that will work only for the duration of your stay. Bedroom Amenities Provided: 1. Bed linens and a bath towel 2. Extra Pillows and blankets in the closet 3. A small personal heater 4. A personal fan 5. The house is generally pretty quiet but we offer a white noise machine and ear plugs for those who are sensitive to noise. Your Bathroom: You will also have access to a Private Ensuite Bathroom. Bathroom Amenities Provided: 1. Shampoo 2. Conditioner 3. Bodywash 4. Hand soap 5. Hair dryer Parking: Each room rental is allotted one space in our large driveway. It is first come first serve in terms of which parking spot but every room guest is entitled one space on the driveway. There is no parking on the street directly in front of the property. Guest access General home lay out: This home has a total of 4 bedrooms that we rent out at a time. It is a large 2 story home with a lovely backyard. Although you are renting 1 private bedroom in this home you are welcome to enjoy all common areas and home amenities including: 1. Large fully stocked kitchen for your use 2. Infrared Sauna 3. Game Room with Ping Pong, Foosball and plenty of Board Games 4. Big Screen TV in the living room and your bedroom 5. One parking space on the driveway for you! 6. Beautiful Backyard for Relaxing 7.
