Relax and enjoy the views at this unique, tranquil sanctuary. Surrounded by Grand-Staircase slickrock country. Nestled amongst Boulder Town's farmland and the lower Boulder residential area. This cabin is rustic on the outside but modern and cozy on the inside. You'll find all you need with a full kitchen, full bath, TV and Fiber Wi-Fi. There's a queen-sized bed in a separate bedroom downstairs, allowing you a peaceful and quiet retreat. Easy access to Boulder Town, The Burr trail, and Hwy 12. Guest access Hi. There's an electronic keypad on the cabin. You will receive a code to check in. Come or go as you please. My home is on the premises, west of the cabin a ways. Text is best to contact me. Other things to note We have an on-demand water heater. There's plenty of hot water in the shower and bathroom sink. Sometimes the kitchen sink is finicky. be patient. I just had two repairs done, so all should be fine
