This is a beautifully renovated apartment in a single-family house, which was built by my father and is now offered for rent. The accommodation is particularly stunning with its view of the mountains and the proximity of Lake Lunz. The space The apartment has a terrace with seating and a small garden. The associated bathing area is about 300 m away and natural. 2 large wooden loungers are provided. In addition, there is a public bathing jetty at the same distance and a lake bath with bistro and diving tower 1.5 km away. The location in the mountains also makes the accommodation a good starting point for hikes and bike tours. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (1 × double room with a 140 cm wide bed and a family room with 2 × 2 bunk beds (upper bed max. 80 kg)), a kitchen-living room, bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a wood-burning stove, the kitchen is well equipped, has 2 hot plates, 1 oven and a microwave, but no dishwasher. Guest access Furthermore, there is also parking on the property and there is also the possibility of using the lower garden for sports activities such as soccer (balls and goals available), table tennis (table, rackets & balls available), badminton (equipment available) and our somewhat older city bikes (approx. +/- 3 pieces). There are also many board games of my children in the accommodation, which can save the vacation especially on rainy days. Other things to note The apartment is perfect for people who like to have it quiet and who appreciate the quick access to nature. On the neighboring property, a few cows graze, which you can always visit at the fence.
