The fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances has everything you`ll need for preparing home-cooked meals from the comfort of your home away from home, making Country View Cottage Uncorked a comfortable retreat to relax with family and friends after a day of wine tasting. The two bedrooms feature a new queen bed in one room and two twins in the other. Both rooms are equipped with storage for clothing and luxury linens. In the hallway, there is the shared bathroom with a shower where you can find towels, a hairdryer, and everything you will need to pamper yourself during your stay! Your backyard patio offers a cozy space to retreat to with your freshly brewed morning coffee from Caravan or a glass of wine under the stars. You’re also welcome to enjoy the shared spacious outdoor lawn area perfect for yard games or simply a fun area for kids to play. This home shares outdoor space with a second unit, perfect for renting these units in tandem for larger groups! Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $125.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
