Its an ideal place for people coming to visit Apollo or people coming to the party. Its a duplex house separated by a door, you will have access to the 2nd floor 3BHK, third floor we live in. The space Sunrise with a hot cup of chai/beer(priorities), overlooking Flush green KBR park or Golconda fort or the whole Hyderabad and a gush of fresh air colliding with your body. Hey don't imagine all this, come and experience. Metro is 4 km away, better to come to property on a cab. 11pm to 7am are quite hours. this rule needs to be followed strictly. else we ask you to leave Guest access The house is a duplex, 2nd and 3rd floor are divided by a gate. The gate will be closed and we won't disturb you. But if you don't follow rules, we have to open the door and instruct you.
