Come and live your dreams of escape, for a weekend! Welcome to Haut des Vannes in Namoussart, a peaceful village in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Ideally nestled in the center of the province of Luxembourg, the place is the ideal starting point for the Semois Valley National Park, the Anlier Forest Natural Park, the Lake Valley, Bastogne, Bouillon, Florenville, Chassepierre, Orval, Gaume and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. All are within 35 minutes of our cottage. The space About this place - Brand new loft in an old barn where some beams have remained exposed - Located on a very quiet street in the center of the village - only 6 minutes' drive from Neufchâteau, 12 from Libramont and 20 from Bastogne - local shops with all the essentials and bakery department accessible 3 km away and open 7 days a week until 8 p.m. - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with open kitchen About the accommodation: The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV with access to Netflix, dining area (table/2 chairs/1 stool), equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, spices, dishwashing liquid, sponge and hand towels,...). The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and radiator. Towels and shower products are available. The bedroom includes a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, two night tables. A window opens onto the outdoor terrace, which is still under construction but accessible (work is scheduled to be completed in the spring). Curtains provide the desired darkness and privacy. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Private entrance. Free on-site parking and car protected under a carport. The studio is very quiet and bright. The accommodation does not include childcare equipment and is available for 2 people. Any exceptional requests must be made prior to booking. Easy access by highway, close to the intersection of highways E411 or E25 (about 5 minutes). Whenever possible, we will always try to welcome you in person but, depending on our professional schedules, we may leave the keys at your disposal in a key box provided for this purpose. Any exceptional requests must be made prior to booking. A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night will be payable on site during your stay.
