Welcome to Le Haut des Vannes in Namoussart, a peaceful village in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Ideally located in the centre of the Province of Luxembourg, it is the perfect starting point to explore the Semois Valley National Park, the Anlier Forest Nature Park, the Lake Valley, Bastogne, Bouillon, Florenville, Chassepierre, Orval, the Gaume region, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. All of these destinations are located less than 35 minutes from our gîte. The space About this accommodation Brand-new loft fitted out in a former barn, where some original beams have been kept visible Located in a very quiet street in the centre of the village Only 6 minutes by car from Neufchâteau, 12 minutes from Libramont and 20 minutes from Bastogne A nearby convenience store offering all daily essentials, including a bakery section, is located 3 km away and is open 7 days a week until 8 pm 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living area with open-plan kitchen The living area is equipped with a sofa, a TV with Netflix access, a dining area (table / 2 chairs / 1 stool), and a fully equipped kitchen including: 4 cooking hobs, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, spices, dishwashing liquid, sponge and kitchen towels. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, washbasin, mirror, and radiator. Towels and shower products are provided. The bedroom features a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. A window opens onto the outdoor terrace, which is still under development but already accessible (completion planned for spring). Curtains ensure the desired darkness and privacy. The accommodation is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase with a ramp. It has a private entrance, free on-site parking, and your car is protected under a carport. The studio is very quiet and bright. The accommodation does not include baby equipment and is designed for 2 guests only. Any exceptional request must be made before booking. Easy access via the motorway, close to the E411 and E25 motorways (approximately 5 minutes). Whenever possible, we will be happy to welcome you in person. However, depending on our professional schedules, the keys may be left at your disposal in a secure key box. Guest access Entire accommodation with no shared spaces. Other things to note The accommodation is made available for 2 guests. Any exceptional request must be made before the reservation (a baby cot and a high chair can be requested at the time of booking). A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night must be paid on site during your stay.
