Mt Iron Holiday Haven - Central Wanaka

Located at the base of the iconic Mt Iron walking track, our new studio is bright, light and handy to town. Located an easy 10 minute walk to town, the lake and with many of Wanaka's popular activities on your doorstep, the studio is a great base for you to enjoy lovely Wanaka. The space The studio is a new modern addition to our home. There is a kitchenette that offers full cooking facilities . The bed is a brand new queen size bed with clean linen and soft towels. A well positioned heatpump to provide both winter heating and summer cooling. There is a west facing outdoor patio with cod chairs, for you to relax in and enjoy your afternoon tipple. The television has both Freeview and also Netflix. Please note the studio is attached to our residence. It has its own private access with off street parking. We do live on site, and will respect your privacy unless you need us. Guest access You are welcome to park up in the driveway in front of the studio. The studio entrance will be to your right up the small set of steps and through the sliding door off the deck area. Your room will be ready for your arrival, so please access the key in the lockbox and let yourself in. Please note that we have two driveways. The driveway and entrance to the studio is the driveway to the left hand side of the property. Other things to note Please no smoking or pets
