IG: @juarhouse The space Located In Bandung Regency precisely In Ciaro Nagreg Village. The location is still quite strategic, not too far from Bandung and Garut. The atmosphere of Juar House is quite quiet surrounded by gardens, rice fields and mountains. Juar House is an open concept residential house that blends with nature. Juar House consists of several separate buildings namely Wooden House (main), Bamboo House, Mushola, Saung Hawu, and Shower Toilet. Each building is connected by an open circulation or walkway. The main building consists of 3 floors including the basement. There are three guest rooms scattered in the property area. The family room is the largest room in Juar House, it is in the main building of the 2nd floor and can only be accessed via stairs. The king room is a room for 2, it is in the main building of the 1st floor directly connected to the sitting room and pool area. And lastly there is a Bungalow Room with a terrace which is its own building, it is separated from the main building opposite to the basement, accessible via stairs or car ramp to the basement. All bedrooms do not have en-suite bathrooms. The bathroom is outside the room and is shared, 2 pieces on the 1st floor, 1 in the basement and 2 in the outside area across the basement. The closest bathroom of the family and king room is the 1st floor bathroom, while the nearest bathroom from the bungalow room is the bathroom in the basement. Guest access Juar House guests will share facilities with the manager, the facilities are garden/outdoor area, parking, prayer room, sitting room, dining room, toilet, drying rack, swimming pool, campfire, kitchen, table tennis/ping-pong etc. Other things to note The capacity of the villa is approximately for 25-30 people (adults and children), with the condition as is. Children 6 years of age and older are considered adults. If the number of guests is more than the capacity of the villa, a charge will be charged. Cell phone signals with certain providers are sometimes a bit difficult because the location is in the village and surrounded by mountains.
