The apartment has been recently renovated to host guest from over the world who wish to indulge yourself with a wonderful stay in the Eternal city. Situated less than 2 minutes walking from San Giovanni metro A station and 20 minutes by foot from the Colosseum, passing through the main landmark for the City. Located on the second floor of an antique building the apartment will be quiet day and night. A lift is present in the building. The space The spacious apartment can host up to 6 people, perfect for families and groups. It has two large bedrooms with queen size beds. The spacious bedrooms offer a soft set of towels for each guest to make your stay extra luxurious, set of pillows and duvet will allow you to get a good night sleep. All rooms are provided with Smart TV. Bedside tables with USB sockets in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hobs, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, pans and pots to cook your favorite Italian dishes. You will also find a Nespresso machine and a moka, included on your arrival, we offer a selection of teas, ground coffee, coffee pods and a water filter pitcher so you can enjoy the water directly from the tap with no need to buy plastic bottle. The living rooms can become a third bedroom if required, the sofa bed can accommodate two other guest. Present also a Smart Tv. In the bathroom you will find a complimentary welcome kit made in Italy with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, cotton buts and cotton pads and hairdryer. The balcony can be accessed from the two bedrooms and the kitchen. All guest will have three set of soft towels of different size. Extra duvets and blankets available.
