Only 10 mins drive to Carlsbad City beach, Terramar beach and Warm Waters beach in Carlsbad, close to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and walking distance to the tranquil hiking trails at Lake Calavera. The space This unit has a private entrance and private patio. Thoughtfully curated for relaxation and enjoying the natural light and the ocean breeze as well as privacy. Guest access Guests enjoy their own gated private patio with the private entrance. Other things to note We have street sweeping days (7am-11am, 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month). Please park on our driveway if you’ll be home during that time. We will send a reminder so that you can move your vehicle.
