It is made up of a well-equipped kitchenette, a living area with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed. A bathroom with shower, separate WC and a large covered terrace and its teak garden furniture. The chalet is located in the residence Les Pescalunes on the side of Mont Saint Loup in Agde (sloping area which access can be difficult for people with reduced mobility). The residence is secure and has a heated swimming pool (except July - August) open from April to October. The residence is located in a shady pine forest slightly set back from the seaside resort of Cap d'Agde which is 3 km away. The environment is very conducive to family holidays or sports activities (walking, running, cycling, mountain biking, swimming). Several hiking trails are present in the pine forest which will allow you to access magnificent views of the sea, Cap d'Agde, the Thau pond or the hinterland. Cycle paths will also allow you to quickly reach the shopping area 1.5 km away or Cap d'Agde with its sandy beaches and various tourist activity centres. The residence is entirely pedestrian to preserve the calm and safety of residents. Free parking with a sufficient number of spaces is available at the entrance to the residence.
