You'll also find some welcome food items: coffee, tea, sugar, and a bottle of mineral water. Important note: - There are no other products, both food and non-food, except for those listed above. As this house is a tourist rental: Italian law prohibits other products. - All consumables, both food and non-food, will be sufficient for the first days of your stay. The wheelchair can go comfortably in each room and in the living room. The gate on the road, the door in the lobby of the building, the elevator, the entrance door of the Apartment, and all doors inside the Apartment DO NOT HAVE STEPS. The common areas of the building are very well lit. The lights turn on automatically. SIZE OF GATES and DOORS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (or wheelchairs): - The entrance gate on the street and the door in the lobby of the building: both 93 cm wide (36.6 inches). The opening of both doors can extend up to 180 cm (70.6 inches). - Elevator (Lift) Elevator size: - Width: 103 cm (40.55 inches) - Depth: 72 cm (28.3 inches) Elevator door width (to come inside the elevator): 58cm (22.8 inches). The elevator (Lift) will take you directly to the apartment floor. Both bathrooms have a waterproof chair inside the shower to allow disabled people to sit and shower. The waterproof shower chair must be requested at least the day before check-in. The bathrooms do not have other support equipment for people with some disabilities. ------------------ IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE BATHROOMS: First Bathroom: The wheelchair can come inside this bathroom and it can reach both the toilet and the shower. But the wheelchair won't be able to rotate on itself. Second bathroom (private in bedroom / "ensuite" bathroom): The wheelchair can't come inside this bathroom because the bathroom entrance door is 60cm (23.62 inches) wide. To enter this second bathroom, the disabled person must be helped by another person. ------------------ PARKING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES: Below the house there are 2 large car parking lots for people with disabilities. These parking lots are not paid for if you have the "disability pass". This "pass" must be displayed on the dashboard of the car. The road that will take you to the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities or in wheelchairs.
