Located opposite the Town Square that hosts many events including a weekly market, concerts on the bandstand and the annual fair and just a few steps to the head of the picturesque Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary and all of the town’s shops, markets, cafes, restaurants and inns the apartment is perfect for guests who want to have all of the facilities on their doorstep. The space Enter the property via the hallway into the light and airy open-plan kitchen and living area with access to a much coveted courtyard garden with a seating/dining area. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and armchair for relaxing whilst watching tv, reading a book or listening to music. The TV cabinet houses an electric fire which gives the apartment a warm glow even when not switched on for heat. There is a dining table for two which can also work equally well as a desk and with fibre broadband is perfect for working from home. The modern kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, electric hob, oven and even an air fryer! There is also a combined washing machine/tumble dryer. The spacious double bedroom has plenty of storage including bedside tables, a double wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom has a light and spacious double width shower for ease and comfort. Guest access All of the property is for your use. Other things to note Although there is no parking space with this property there are long stay car parks on the Quay or the little known long stay car park at the Cattle Market (only £2 per 24 hours). There are also free parking spaces in Saffron Park behind the apartment. Unloading/loading luggage is allowed at the rear of the Malt building. We’re proud to offer a more eco-conscious stay. We provide a non-iron linen to help reduce energy use. The toilet paper is made entirely from recycled paper and is fully biodegradable. The hand wash is supplied in recycled ocean plastic bottles. Please help us by leaving them in the designated area for re-use. Small actions can make a significant difference!
