The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land, where you can admire untouched nature, relax to the sound of birdsong and chirping crickets, and immerse yourself in the scents of trees, immortelle, and lavender. Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy. The space The house is a standalone unit, covering 76m². It features a covered outdoor kitchen with all necessary equipment, a dining table, and an outdoor fireplace. Inside, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and shower, a living room with a kitchen, and a bedroom. The entire house is available for rent. In the garden, there is another dining table under a linden tree. For complete relaxation, sun loungers are also available. Below the house is an olive grove on terraces, and parallel to the house is a beehive. On the property, in addition to olive trees, we also grow immortelle, lavender, and rosemary. Below the house is a garden with seasonal vegetables. The farm’s uniqueness lies in its tranquility and privacy, as it is located on a hill where there are no other houses nearby. It offers complete relaxation in the unspoiled nature of the Dragonja River Valley. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, which spans 76m², along with a private 2-hectare estate.
