Price starting at R$1350.00 + Airbnb fee. *Check availability before booking. ✅️Private, heated* pool with a small beach ✅️House with fenced area, barbecue area, fireplace and wood stove. ✅️Lagoons for fishing, trails and waterfall The space We comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the following rooms: 01 double en-suite, 01 double bedroom, 01 bedroom with two single beds. If necessary, there are 2 sofa beds (D33) in the TV room and we can provide mattresses for another 2 guests if they sleep in the playroom, totaling 10 people (at an additional cost). IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL: When booking, enter the correct number of guests (and PETs, if any) who will check in. The Morada has a total area of 209,000 m2 of trails, preserved forest, springs, streams, waterfalls, agroforestry and lagoons. The house, built in the 1950s and which housed our family for ten years, came to be called Casa Mãe and was lovingly prepared to receive our guests. Casa Mãe has a fenced area with a private pool (heated from October to March), a fire pit, a sandbox, a vegetable garden, and a yard exclusively for guests. Some toys and recreational activities will also be available, such as: stilts, slackline, balls, badminton rackets and birdies, a boat on the lake, and a tree swing. Guest access Guests will have an exclusive, fenced area, containing approx. 1000 m2 around the main house. The private pool is next to the house. The rest of the property will be available as a shared area (with the family and other guests). In the vicinity, our neighbors are receptive to those who wish to accompany the milking of cows or the purchase of colonial products (cream, cakes, crackers, milk, cheeses, Kochkäse, etc.). Not available on some holidays and year-end. ✅️option 2- Reservations from TWO NIGHTS ( RECOMMENDED) : - Check-in is from 3 p.m. -check-out on Sundays until 5 p.m.* (*courtesy, except in December, January and some holidays) ✅️option 3- ONE-DAY reservation (NOT RECOMMENDED for those who want to enjoy the place, as the time is short) : - Check-in is from 3 p.m. -check-out by 10 a.m. ✅️ Our standard times are: Entrance from 3pm, Departure until 10am ✅️There are three units for rental on the property, and the distance between them is at least 50 meters, with visual privacy between the houses. ✅️ Heating the pool is OFF from April to September. ✅️ The pool water temperature with the heating on (October to March) is around 30 degrees. It's very nice, don't expect warm/hot water. ✅️Pets is Required to include in the reserve. maximum 2 small size OR 1 larger size. About us: We are a family of 4 (Laura 9, João Pedro 15, Glauce 46 and João Ricardo 50), 4 dogs, 5 rabbits and some chickens. We also have native bees and fish. Our activities here in this land involve agriculture (agroforestry and agroecological systems), fish farming, ecological sanitation, rainwater collection, spring protection, solar energy ongrid and off grid, bioconstruction (low impact and high efficiency constructions), education and nutrition. Permaculture and nature are strong inspirations and our guides. If you stay, you can simply rest and enjoy what the venue offers or experience some of the daily activities that will be offered on request (request by message the calendar and values of the activities). Among the activities are: - Activities related to agroecological and agroforestry agriculture (implementation and management of agroforestry systems); - Meet and experience bioconstruction techniques (ecological constructions); - Learn about ecological solutions for water and sewage collection and treatment (protected spring, rainwater collection, banana tree pit); - Implementation of an organic garden and composting (including for small spaces/apartments); - Immersion and introductory course in permaculture for those who seek greater autonomy and move towards a way of living generating less impact; - Share knowledge for those who want to acquire a rural property or already have one(practically a consultancy for decision making what property to buy and how to plan your space); district - Cooking workshop, with the experience from the harvest to the table.
