First we must remind you that strict house rules must be followed: 1. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING of ANY SUBSTANCE and NO PARTY inside the unit. Penalty $1000-$5000 will be charged on the spot and will ask you to leave immediately. 2. No shoes to be worn inside the unit. 3. Excessive mess upon check out will be charged $100-$250 by the cleaning team. 4. Declare the right number of occupant. This is for safety of everyone! 5. Keep the noise down between 10pm - 6am. Kindly respect the neighbour as this is a residential area. 6. Check out time is 11AM. Late check out ONLY by prior request and subject to availability. Failure to comply will incur additional charge of $25 for each 30 mins from cleaning team. ***COVID Health Directive MUST be followed: Mask must be worn in common area, including when throwing up your rubbish, Social Distancing throughout the common area, limit number of people in elevators and do NOT invite friends/family outside your household to join you in the unit.*** For our guests that are staying 7 days or more: - Supplies are limited on what is available in the unit. You need to re-stock your own supplies if it runs out (toilet rolls, soap, detergent, etc). - You will NOT be able to receive any package nor have access to mailbox. Contact your host if you NEED anything shipped/delivered. Only your host is able to accommodate the delivery. We are NOT responsible for any missing items/returned items. ONLY Essential items such as Food/Grocery/Prescribed medicine (excluding Marijuana) are allowed to be delivered. Parking can be arranged BY PRIOR RESERVATION ONLY, first come first served and will be $30 for each night. Note: We have the right to inspect the unit within 15 minutes or less if we receive any complaint from our neighbour or concierge. You must be willing to open the door for us or we will use a spare key to open the door. By making the reservation, you agree to follow the house rules above.
