This peaceful house, located in a village with its church and several local shops, is ideal for a relaxing family stay, for a business trip or simply to visit our region. A few steps away, the lake and forest offer various activities for everyone's enjoyment. Its fully equipped kitchen and unoverlooked terrace are assets for a pleasant and friendly stay The space The house: entirely available to guests except the garage (parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house); 120 m2 of spacious areas; designed for 4 guests; can accommodate 2 additional guests (convertible sofa located in the living room: sleeping bags to be provided). Ground floor: large entrance with a toilet, equipped kitchen with living room of about 30 m2, corner with storage, laundry area with washing machine, outdoor terrace of 25 m2 not directly overlooked with garden furniture and barbecue. Second floor: landing with bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, two bedrooms: one with a double bed 140 x 190 + dressing area, one with two single beds. Towels provided. Beds made on arrival (extra pillows and blankets available). House equipped with some appliances (standard coffee maker, Tassimo, raclette/stone grill, waffle maker, iron/ironing board). Appliances available on request: fondue machine, multi-crêpe party, etc. Guest access Apart from the garage, you will have access to all the rooms of the house. Other things to note Important details to know: - Rental furnished with care and equipped to the best for a pleasant stay. It will only be rented to serious, careful and respectful people. Rental with a lockbox for arrivals when owners are unavailable. We live nearby and try to be as available as possible to best meet your needs. - Rental with steps and an open railing at the top of the stairs. Be extra vigilant to avoid falls, especially with children. - Non-smoking rental except on the terrace. -Three fire alarms (no carbon monoxide alarm). - Pets not allowed. -The rental is NOT a place for receptions or parties (small numbers of visitors admitted after our agreement). RENTAL RATES (cleaning fee included): ¤ weekdays (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday): 95 euros per night. ¤ 105 euros per weekend night (Friday, Saturday and the eve of public holidays). Rate increased on holiday weekends, long weekends and school holidays. Contact us for any other length of stay (1 week, 10 days, 2 weeks, 1 month). ¤ Baby/toddler kit for rent for an extra 5 euros: see photos. We ask you, at the end of your stay, to put the used linen (sheets, towels, tea towels,...) in the laundry room where the washing machine is located. Dishes and appliances must be cleaned. Your various waste will be disposed of in the designated trash receptacles according to the sorting instructions mentioned in the house. Under no circumstances should the property be returned in a state of excessive dirt.
