Serenity Sands is a place for friends and family to have a home base within walking distance to restaurants, local shopping and a quick, 10 minute drive to the National Park entrance. We welcome you to come and relax and start making Joshua Tree memories! With a beautiful backyard with desert landscape, hot tub, propane fire pit and BBQ - it's a perfect place to enjoy desert nights! The space • THE SPACE There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people. The home is cooled by an evaporative cooler during summer months and a wall heater during winter months. •THE OUTDOORS The property has a spacious backyard with desert landscape, hot tub, propane fire pit and BBQ. • DEPOSIT We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance. • PRIVATE CHEF Looking to throw a dinner party to remember? We have got you covered! Our private chef is simply the best and she can cater that whatever your specific food needs would be. Please inquire with us and we can introduce you to her. More services added regularly, please let us know you are interested with a confirmed booking and we can help with the introductions! Guest access You will be sent a number code for the front door upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay. Any questions or problems, feel free to contact me. Guests have access to the entire property and all of its amenities. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C / HEAT Serenity Sands is cooled by an evaportive cooler and wall heater. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. ++ Please note, the evaportive cooler will not be usable during the cooler months (October - March) and ++ During super humid months (August and September) the evaporitive cooler will not do much to help cool the house as there will be too much moisture in the air • FIRE Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
