The space Custom home with exceptional upgrades ready for your stay! Home has total of 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 14 max (rate indicated is for first 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional guest rooms available for additional rate). All rooms have boutique hotel style mattresses and bedding. House has open concept living space with gorgeous views of river, Lizard Butte and Marsing Bridge. Entertainment space abundant! Large game room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, television and large game table. Upper deck with barbecue and seating as well as lower patio and perfectly manicured lawn. Exceptional upgrades and amenities for your comfort and enjoyment. Home is located in the quaint town of Marsing; right in the middle of Idaho’s wine country. Several vineyards within minutes! Also only a quick 40 minute scenic drive to Boise. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment no more than 20 minutes away. Bring your family and friends for a beautiful relaxing getaway. Whether you fish, hike, ride bikes, sightsee or just want to read a good book this beautiful home is for you! Nightly rate includes 4 large guest rooms and two bathrooms. Access to each additional guest room is $55 per room per night and access to the third bathroom is available when booking 5 or more guest rooms. Additional cleaning fee may be added for increased guest counts. We now offer EV charging! Guest must notify host prior to arrival so that we can unlock the charger for your use. Guest access Depending on size of group, you will have access to most of the home (few rooms are locked to store cleaning supplies and owners items). Parties over 8 who reserve additional sleeping rooms will have access to additional bedrooms and bathroom. Garage is locked, but plenty of parking in the circular driveway. Other things to note We do have a 10:00 PM noise ordinance. We request that no shoes be worn in the house at any time.
