Little Piney, named after one of the peaks of the Seven Sisters Mountain Range, is nestled along the Black Mountain golf course. Located less than a 5-minute walk from Lake Tomahawk, where all of the Seven Sisters are on display, you'll find a warm, inviting, and convenient home base while exploring all that WNC has to offer! This rental is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed). Please include the number of dogs when making your reservation. The space About the Home • Living room with 43" SmartTV for streaming and access to the sunroom with additional dining space. • Breakfast nook with seating for 4. • Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and standard, drip-style coffee maker. • Two dedicated workspaces are provided in the bedroom with twin-size beds; this includes a standing desk with a monitor and a private space with a traditional desk and a second monitor. With high-speed WiFi, Little Piney is the perfect location to work remotely. • Due to the proximity to the golf course, guests have access to the garage and we recommend utilizing the space for parking. Where to Unwind • Easy, one-level living, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. • Primary bedroom with a queen size bed. • Bedroom with a full-size bed. • Bedroom with 2 twin beds, also providing the option for daybeds. • A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note For dog-friendly houses, approval of the pet by Greybeard Rentals must be obtained. Those cottages allowing dogs are limited to one or two housebroken domestic animals, depending on the home. A $100.00 per dog, non-refundable fee is charged on all reservations including a pet. Sorry, homes are not cat-friendly due to common allergies.
