Stay in a 1930 home

Black-and-white bedroom with hardwood floors. The double bed is a memory foam mattress. There is a dresser, desk, and WIFI. There is a smart TV. Bring your access information. You can cook in the kitchen and put items in the refrigerator. The dogs may cuddle with you if you want, or you can shoo them away. They are about 20# each and very friendly. I have a washer and dryer in the basement you can use. No food is allowed in the bedrooms. Please eat at the dining room table. The space Your face must be recognizable in your profile photo. If it is not, your reservation will be canceled. It is for the safety of the other guests and me. I have 3 bedrooms in my home to choose from. The titles are: ‘Near Miami Valley Hospital, UD and Downtown Dayton,’ and ‘Stay in a 1930 home’ and ‘Yellow rm near UD, Downtown, Miami Valley Hospital. Each bedroom room has a smart TV. No TV service. Bring your information for Netflix, Amazon etc. There are some free-watching options. There are hardwood floors throughout, except the bath and 1/2 bath and kitchen. When you go in and out make sure the dogs don't get out. Lock the front door if you are coming in or out. Speaking of locks, none of the bedroom doors lock. There are door stops you can use while you are in the bedrooms. There have been no issues in the 10 years I have had Airbnb in my home. Guest access You can use all but the other bedrooms and my office. Parking is on the street. During your stay If you need anything just let me know.
