With room to accommodate up to 20 guests, you'll find ample space to unwind, relax, and create unforgettable memories. This unit is NOT pet friendly. The space As you step inside to the left you will find a spacious living area with ample seating and large windows that fill the space with natural lighting making it the perfect sport for bonding! To the right is a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. Preparing meals for your group will be a breeze! The main level also contains a half bath and a laundry area. When it's time to retire for the night, choose from our well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed and a shared full bathroom. In the basement you'll find another cozy living area, full bathroom and bedroom. The "bunk room" contains 3 sets of full over full bunk beds each with a twin trundle under two of the bunk beds. Outside is a deck with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or night cap! Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be charged after reservation confirmation. Pre-approved late check-out is $10/hr up to 3 hours; unapproved late check-out is $50. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
