The space Located directly on the inland lake, on the dune peninsula Steinwarder, with its own lake access and just steps away from the sea, is the well-kept apartment house "Seerose". The apartment is on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The spacious, light-flooded 50 sqm 3-room apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen and a cozy dining area. From each of the 3 rooms you can enjoy a water view. Last year, the entire apartment was newly renovated. The kitchen is a very high-quality and modern Nobilia brand kitchen with Siemens built-in appliances including a SuperSilence Plus dishwasher. The box spring bed in the master bedroom is 1.80 m x 2 m and has a continuous mattress and topper. The adjoining children's room has a bunk bed and is also suitable for teenagers. In the living room there is a couch with sleeping function. The covered southwest balcony offers continuous sunshine from late noon until sunset in the evening. Even in wind and rain, it offers sufficient protection so that you can enjoy the fresh sea air and sea view. Due to the fantastic location, you have a fantastic view of the nature reserve and the Baltic Sea on the right and a great view of the inland lake on the left. Water as far as the eye can see. The in-house lawn directly by the house also invites you to linger and allows direct access to the lake (perfect for a ride with the SUP). Washing machine and dryer (both in premium quality from Miele) are available on the ground floor of the house for a small fee. Bicycles and surfboards/SUPs can be brought along, parking spaces are available in the house. A private parking space right in front of the house is included free of charge. Due to very short walking distances: 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the harbor and the pier, 15 minutes to the historic old town and the Graswarder nature reserve, the apartment is an ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation without having to move the car at all. Other things to take into account: Bed covers, sheets and large towels are not provided and must be brought along. Alternatively, our cleaning staff offers a linen package for €25.00 per person per stay. The bed linen will already be put on by her before your arrival.
