Country house - Lac des Sapins

Detached house, totally independent, offering a relaxing stay for the whole family. Lac des Sapins (Cublize), located 5 minutes away by car, offers various and varied activities including a biological swimming pool, pony rides, mini-golf, pedal boats, water activities and finally a pleasant walk by bike or on foot. You will find all the shops (bakery, tobacco, supermarkets etc.) also 5 minutes by car in the small town of Amplepuis (5000 inhabitants). The space The accommodation is a detached house of about 70 square meters. It includes a kitchen overlooking a large terrace, a living room, a bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. Please note that there are several stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A large fenced garden of 1000 square meters is available to the occupants of the accommodation. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Please respect our belongings! Please note that the house is built on half-levels, so there are several stairs. No pets allowed. Other things to note The accommodation is not equipped with a Wi-Fi connection. Linens and towels are not provided. Bed size: 1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 190. Children are welcome, some books and toys are available in the house.
