Come stay in the heart of the Rockies at this park model cabin. Breckenridge - 30 min Kenosha Pass - 30 min Buena Vista -45 min Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mtn about 1 hr. Close to Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Rafting, Skiing, Snowboarding and more. This cabin is 682 sq ft. It's a charming tiny house. It has a beautiful private wrap around deck and private outdoor area with built in grill and fireplace overlooking mature aspen, pine and state land. This space gives you great views of the mountains and you can sit out on the deck and watch the hummingbirds in the summer. There is a living room with a fireplace and TV with a Roku. There is a small dining area that seats 4 and also 2 small barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. The master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. There is plenty of closet space. There is also access to the deck from the master. The second bedroom is in the loft. The upstairs loft has 2 height restricted rooms (4' in height). The loft has a living room area with a TV and futon. There is also another room in the loft for sleeping, this room has 2 twin beds. The two twin beds can also be pushed together to make one bed. There is one small bathroom. Remember tiny house equals a tiny hot water heater. Clubhouse amenities include: recreational area, pool table, putting green, community hot tubs (only open in the summer May to September), tennis court and paid laundry. Wi-Fi is also available in the Clubhouse. This quaint cabin is a perfect location for skiing, Hunting (Game Management Areas 49, 50 and 500). We do have to abide by our cancelation policy. If you are worried about needing to cancel, I would highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Whispering Aspens Village is a growing cabin and tiny house and RV community in the heart of Fairplay. It's in a beautiful area and the neighbors are very friendly. Fairplay does not offer public transportation. There is a bus from Denver to Fairplay called the bustang if interested.
