All rooms are located in a wing with its own code lock door, each room has a lock with a key. There is a small breakfast room, with simple kitchen facilities in the wing. There is access to men's/women's WC and shower in another wing of the building. And a larger canteen/kitchen/living room if needed. The building is centrally located, 500 m from Evje city center, in a sports park.
